Position: Sr Project Manager
REMOTE
6 Months to Hire

Required Skills :

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management environments
Familiarity with common project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Ideal Personality / Soft Skills
Highly driven, motivated, and results-oriented
A true self-starter and go-getter
Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
Naturally proactive and willing to ask questions
Comfortable following up and pushing teams to keep projects moving
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Able to work through ambiguity and changing priorities
Confident communicating with both technical teams and leadership
Resourceful and solution-oriented
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to see the bigger picture
Collaborative and personable, but not afraid to have difficult conversations when necessary
