We're building a platform that empowers businesses to collaborate and make impactful sustainable decisions. As our Marketing Intern, you'll have the chance to get hands-on experience across various marketing functions, from content creation and social media management to campaign execution and analytics. At ClimateCamp, we believe that collaboration across the value chain is key to reducing emissions effectively. We've grown from 0 to +500 companies on our platform in the last 10 months, and we're now looking to grow even further.

In this role, you'll assist our marketing team with day-to-day activities, helping to engage companies globally, with a focus on European markets. You'll have the opportunity to learn marketing strategies, test creative ideas, and contribute to impactful sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content across social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating tasks, scheduling content, and analyzing performance.
• Help manage our social media presence, engaging with our audience and increasing brand visibility.
• Contribute to SEO efforts by optimizing content and performing keyword research.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on marketing metrics, using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and project management to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Learn and grow by collaborating with different teams and gaining a broad understanding of marketing in a fast-paced startup.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet.
