It's a role for an adaptable, experienced RN who thrives in varied environments, thinks on their feet, and finds deep satisfaction in knowing that when you showed up, it made all the difference.What You'll DoAs a Transitions Hospice ECT Nurse, you'll work as a vital support member of the interdisciplinary care team — stepping in across cases to assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision. Apply today.RequirementsActive LPN license in the state of employmentGraduate of an accredited school of Nursing.Clinical experience in hospice, home health, or a related setting preferredFlexibility and confidence working across varied patient assignmentsStrong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment under pressureExcellent documentation habits and communication skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
